Having lost countless hours of my childhood to the 3D open-world charms of Mike Singleton's Midwinter, I frankly can't recommend this game enough. Trip Hawkins' 3DO was a brave, revolutionary idea which spawned a series of excellent consoles that were sadly too expensive to take gaming by storm. Another World for the Atari Jaguar
