After flooding Germany with 1,000,000 C64s, Commodore decided to celebrate 1986 by creating a very limited number of 200 golden edition Commodore 64s (screwed on a lovely commemorative plate) and giving them away to select partners. Rather obviously, these machines have now evolved into true collectors items. You can apparently try and grab one via this C64 Goldene Edition auction. Seller ships worldwide.
