Supervision & TV Link

The Supervision TV Link is a true rarity and the only proper Supervision accessory ever sold. What's more it was a wildly innovative peripheral for its pre-Super Game Boy time, as it allowed gamers to play their Supervision cartridges on a full-size TV; in four glorious colours and with a lovely on-screen border too! You can grab a Watara Supervision handheld complete with its TV Link add-on via this eBay offer. Seller ships worldwide.

  1. This surely brings back memories... my sister bought a Supervision for my cousin almost 20 years ago, and while I had my shiny Gameboy I remember being envious for some reason. Probably I knew it would become a collectors item! It lacked the tv link, though, but had some decent games. And the Tetris clone bundled had the music of Super Mario Land... weird.

  2. Amazingly, you are indeed the only one I know who had access to a Supervision back in the early 90s dear Mik. That's just lovely. Hmmm, you could perhaps blog about it, can't you?

  3. That would be nice, but I'm afraid that all I can remember is in the former comment :) Plus, last time I've seen that Supervision it was out of order, and now it's probably rusting in a junkyard, which is really sad :(
