A fully operational PC Engine Duo

Combining the PC Engine and the Super CD-ROM² into a single, sleek machine, the 1991-released PC Engine Duo is an amazing console that can run games off of both HuCards and CDs, and offers some of the best arcade ports and most ambitious console games of the 16-bit era. Oh, and you can bid on such a unit via this PC Engine Duo eBay auction.

The console on offer has been modded and fully refurbished, its CD reading laser has been relubed and adjusted, and has been upgraded to run both PC Engine and TurboGrafx-16 software.

Seller ships to many places worldwide.

Devil's Crush (Turbo Grafx 16)

A dark and beautiful take on pinball, and a game I used to consider the Turbo Grafx 16's killer app back in the day, Devil's Crush remains a fantastically enjoyable experience and a title every NEC collector should own. Oh, and you can bid on a complete, working copy of it via this Devil's Crush (TG16) eBay auction.

Seller ships to many places worldwide.

Raiden (TurboGrafx-16)

Raiden, my all time favourite shmup, did get a very impressive port for the TurboGrafx-16 back in the day. It also, happily, is a port you can grab via this Raiden (TurboGrafx-16) eBay auction and rejoice. The game has been tested and is working and comes complete in its case with its manual.

Seller ships to most places worldwide.

Fresh Homebrew: Atlantean

Don't think I've seen a new game for the TurboGrafx-16 and/or the PC Engine in ages, but apparently the wait was worth it. Behold Atlantean! A stunning horizontal shmup for NEC's classic power house sporting four underwater worlds, full chiptune soundtrack, parallax scrolling, bosses, bonus levels and more. The game is available on a homebrew cartridge in an appropriately hand-made case and will set you back $60 plus shipping.

TurboGrafx-16 & CD & Games

The US version of the PC Engine, the not quite brilliantly named TurboGrafx-16, was the same excellent arcade playing machine its Japanese counterpart was, only bigger and black. Appropriately it also got its CD expansion too, the then innovative TurboGrafx-CD, and you can grab the complete set of NEC's console via this TurboGrafx-16 & CD auction.

You'll be getting the console and its CD unit, all the required cables, 2 joypads, a power supply, a carry case, a controller extension cable and three games: Keith Courage and Blazing Angels on HuCards, Ys III: Wanderers from Ys on CD. Seller ships only within the US.

Bomberman '93 (TurboGrafx-16)

You know Bomberman, you know Bomberman '93 and you definitely know that Bomberman '93 for the TurboGrafx-16 is a great arcade game. So, uhm, well why not grab its complete, boxed copy? Why not indeed? Just keep in mind the seller is only shipping to US addresses.

NEC TurboGrafx-CD System & Games

If you live in the US and care for retro consoles, well, you should definitely have a look at this TurboGrafx-CD auction. The seller had bundled the excellent TurboGrafx-16 console with its relatively rare CD add-on and has even thrown in one joypad, two joysticks, a multitap, the AC adapter, the system CD Hu-card and seven games. Said games include Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, Ys Book I & II, Lords of the Rising Sun and Dungeon Explorer.

TurboGrafx-16 Game Converter

Playing Japanese Hu-Card PC Engine games on your US TurboGrafx-16 sounds pretty handy, doesn't it? Then again, you will be needing a pretty rare and rather expensive converter; just like the TurboGrafx-16/Turbo Duo Game Converter that recently appeared on eBay. The accessory comes boxed and is in great condition. Seller ships only within the US.

Bonk's Double Feature

Not one, but two whole lovely retro games to grab in one easy to digest post. I mean, really, how great is that? Especially when considering that both Bonk's Adventure and Bonk's Revenge are two of the very best platformers available for the TurboGrafx-16. Grab them both; each in its complete box! Seller ships only within the UK.

The Complete NEC Turbo Duo Collection

10,000$ is a lot of money, but -frankly- if I had it I might just spend it to grab this pretty amazing NEC Turbo Duo collection. Then again, I don't believe I'd find the room necessary to store the stuff, so I guess only the rich in money and space should apply for one mint, boxed Turbo Duo System, three complete and excellently  preserved unboxed ones, both Diving Board and Arcade cards, 129 US games and an almost complete import library. That's a lot of HuCards and Super-CDs you know. Seller ships only within the US.

Among the dozens of included games you'll find such gems and rarities as R-Type, Turrican, Alien Crush, Bomberman, Bonk's Adventure, SimEarth, Loom, Y's III, Last Alert, Garou Densetsou Special, Might and Magic III and Aero Blasters.

Turbo Grafx 16 & 63 games

Thanks to Chris, a rather recent Retro Treasures reader and gamer with an eye for quality retro stuff, you too can now go for this shiny TurboGrafx console that appeared on craigslist. It impressively comes with 63 (of 94) games, including such rare and wonderful games as Air Zonk, R-Type, Raiden, Bomberman, Turrican and even Legendary Axe. Oh, and it's a US only thing.

The PC Engine Super Grafx

PC Engine Super Grafx NECA relatively rare console that was supposed to continue -and update- the PC-Engine (Turbo Grafx-16 in the US) legacy, but sadly failed before it even got a chance. Despite having only six -five official- games released for it, the Super Grafx was fully compatible with the original PC-Engine, sported way better hardware and is a rather valuable collectible too. Prices usually start around 90 euros, 75£ or 150$.

This eBay-sighted Super Grafx with 6 games then, is a definite bargain. It even comes with 2 pretty rare Super Grafx and 4 PC-Engine games, all appropriate leads/cables and a controller. The console can play both US and Japanese games. Seller ships worldwide.

CLD-A100???

This is probably the oddest thing I've found on ebay regarding videogames. According to the description this is a 6-in-1 console, being able to play games for the Genesis, TurboGraphx 16, Sega Cd and more. Odd? A lot, so you better check out the respective auction. Who knows, maybe someone out there has $500 to spend on this monster.
