Paintings have never been cheap, but this original Neverhood Painting is really over the top. It is of course a most beautiful creation by Doug TenNapel, measures a large 48" x 36" acrylic on canvas, but is still way out of my range. With this money I could buy an original Giger. Oh, well... Seller ships worldwide.

What a ridiculous price. You could buy a centuries-old painting at that price, for that matter. I wouldn't be surprised if it got no bids at all, really. Maybe if they marketed it as a precious work of art by a famous painter, but... it isn't.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid you're absolutely right. It's a beautiful thing, but definitely not worth the money. Won't get any bids probably, but one never knows.
