The original Final Fantasy for the NES was a desperate attempt for one last RPG by a company that seemed doomed. Happily, it was a gamble that not only paid off, but grew up to become on of the most successful video game series ever. Oh, and the game was pretty excellent too and is nowadays considered both a classic and a highly collectible rarity, meaning you should really care for this Final Fantasy (NES) auction on eBay.
