A shiny, boxed Commodore CDTV

Let me start this post by wishing everyone a healthy and creative 2012 and by expressing the hope that mankind manages to pull its self-destructive self together. Oh, and please do excuse my recent lack of posting. Things were rather stressful for those past 10 or so days, but hopefully will soon get better. Anyway... on to them retro treasures.

What better way to start off with a pretty fantastic Commodore CDTV auction then? It's a rare chance to grab this failed yet incredibly interesting CD-based Amiga 500 variant, complete with manual, VHS tape, cables, CDs and everything in its box and in apparently excellent condition. You'll also be getting 7 extra CDTV discs mind. Seller ships worldwide.

  1. And a fine 2012 to you as well friend. I hope that your stresses clear up, as much as possible, and that we all can have achievements to be proud of and a society that still functions, this time next year.

  3. Xmas is an incredibly stressful time. Especially for Gnome. Santa makes him do quality control on retro consoles & games that people give over the season. That's a lot of Atari Flashbacks and Sega Megadrive handhelds to check, y'know.

Anyway, how nice would that CDTV look among your hi-fi separates? Tis a thing of beauty.

  5. It could really take an honor spot in my Commodore collection, and could even fit perfectly in my hi-fi rack! Too bad it's so rare and expensive...

    Buon 2012 Gnome!

  7. Happy 2012! That CDTV looks awesome. :) Already own three Amiga systems, so there is no room for a number four. ;)
