Can't quite imagine how Civilization II would feel when played with a gamepad on a TV screen, but I'm pretty certain that nothing wrong could ever happen to the game's brilliant, turn-based core. Also, here's an eBay auction for a boxed, PAL, PlayStation version of Civilation II with its manual.
