Wonderful 8-bit shmup Cataclypse can happily be bought over via this lovely Catalypse (C64) auction over at eBay. It's the rare disk version of the game complete in its box and it can be shipped to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.

I remember the introduction... so cheesy, considering that even digitalizing the voice a clear italian accent could be heard from miles away.

Admittedly, the market was almost non existent by the time the game was released. You are right though, a great shmup indeed! With lots of lovely cheese too ;)
DeleteI don't think I've ever heard of this Armalytish-looking game but it definitely looks like one I would have liked back in the day and consequently one I should go back and check out today. Even if you did make me read that hated word shm-p. :)
