Okay, technically it's not yours yet and that reference to Your Sinclair wasn't the most successful ever, but if you do live in the United Kingdom you should definitely have a look at this ZX Spectrum 128k auction. The micro comes in its box (complete with poly inserts) and is accompanied by the manuals, power supply and aerial cord. Everything is tested and working.

OMG THAT IS AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteIndeed it is! Besides, everything Sinclair produced was a thing of beauty...
DeleteJust for a second, I thought it was mine :(
ReplyDeleteNope, it's sadly UK only...
DeleteMaybe I should join olympic team, then ;)
ReplyDeleteGotta love the design of the Sinclair-owned Spectrums. Sleek, futuristic - they look like the sort of keyboard people would use in Kubrick's 2001. The Amstrad built models just don't have the same charm :(
ReplyDeleteStill awesome computers though, obviously. ;D
Obviously, yes, especially the 6128, but still. Nothing could stand up to Sinclair's beautiful, sleek designs. Well, okay, maybe Apple could, but that's that.
