The original Dune game by Cryo was an excellent adventure-strategy game hybrid, that despite its many innovations and overall quality failed to become a smash hit. Dune II: The Battle for Arrakis by Westwood on the other hand really set the gaming world ablaze and established the way RTS games were to be played.
