Museum Quality Apple Lisa 1 (Lisa-1)

With less than 50 in existence, the Apple Lisa 1 is a *very* rare vintage computer and one that has achieved truly impressive prices on its previous eBay outings. The Lisa (Local Integrated Software Architecture) was released in 1983 and was the first commercial computer to come with a GUI and a mouse. As for the Apple Lisa-1 auction, well, it's going to get really expensive and be really worth the effort. It is after all a pristine, working, Apple Lisa-1, that comes with System 1.0, an external ProFile 5MB hard drive, the built-in Twiggy Drives, a mouse, a keyboard and some applications. The N64DD Development Dynamic Drive Unit & a rather unique N64

Here's a pretty impressive discovery of Retro Treasures reader Brian R. (The Wise), that will only set you back 999$ and is available for all European, US, Canada, Japan and Australia residents that take their retro gaming needs really serious. Guess indy and homebrew coders might find it interesting too, as it's all about a N64DD development setup consisting of a N64 Development Dynamic Drive Unit, a special N64 with some wacky extra circuit boards, a manual binder, a Developmental Dynamic Disc Cart and a rather unofficial -but pretty useful for homebrew coders- dev CD. Sega Game Gear TV Tuner Boxed! In a Box!

Philips CD-i 210

The Philips CD-i series should have been a huge success, but apparently it wasn't, as the CD-i was too much of an innovative product. And an Acorn Electron...

Ahh, the younger and more affordable brother of the BBC Micro. A computer that almost had a chance against the Spectrum. The lovable and rather sleek 8-bit Acorn Electron. You can now grab it in a pretty complete package via this Acorn Electron eBay auction. The computer comes complete with its PSU, a tape recorder, all necessary cables, some excellent games in their lovely original boxes, the Electron User Guide and an introductory cassette. Seller ships only within the UK, and the average Electron (without datasette or games) sells for 10-15£.

The Vectrex Arcade System

A fantastic machine and the only home system with proper vector graphics, the Vectrex usually goes for a well deserved 140-150$. This particular Vectrex with games @ eBay also comes with Star Trek, Blitz, Space Wars and Spike, and seems to be shaping into quite a bargain. US only.

Nintendo Entertainment System, 10 Games and one cunning Game Genie

It seems the US version of the Famicom was quite popular. How very shocking. Anyway. You could find out what the fuss was all about by bidding on this lovely NES & 10 Games & Game Genie eBay auction. Fallout Big Box (PC version)

When I actually bought my very own copy of Fallout in its lovely big game box (just like the one pictured above mind) I never thought I was getting something that would end up being truly rare. How wrong and utterly naive of me. For Fallout, you see, besides being a fantastic CRPG and when boxed in its original.. err.. box is one truly expensive PC game. Very rare too. For an impressive 1997 (PC) copy, do try your luck at this Fallout Big Box auction. Seller ships worldwide and if you're lucky you might grab it for less than 600$ (already got a 510$ highest bid at the time of posting!). Alternatively, and provided you care to actually play one of the best games to ever hit the PC, do treat yourselves to a vastly cheaper downloadable version of the game as provided by GOG.com.
